The pattern for this primitive punch needle embroidery piece is by Brenda Gervais. Thispinkeepwas punched by me on weavers cloth usingthree strands of Valdani hand dyed floss in primitive colors. It is backed with a hand dyed lightWilliamsburg blue wool, and stuffed withsawdust. There is a torn strip ofthe sameblue wool pinned to each side with rusty look safety pins to create a removeable hanger.The finished piece measures approximately3 3/4\" wide by 4 1/2\" tall.
