A stunning quality cased sterlingsilver sugar caster / shaker. It is hallmarked for London 1981 with the maker’smarks being DSS. Both the lid and basecarry the same hallmarks. It has been beautifully made being embossed with flowersand a swirl fluted design. It is in excellent condition being free from dingssplits holes and repairs - most likely never used. The lid fits tightly and securely. The case is alsoin great condition. It measures 6 inches (15.2cms) tall by approx. 2.5 inches (6.5cms)wide and weighs 91 grams excluding the case. A very fine quality usable piece.
