Can\'t find a brand- Don\'t know when or where it was made- Looks to be from vintage 40\'s-60\'s- Will leave it to the connoisseur. I am assuming it is her Majesty while newly widowed(she was in her early 40\'s). Also, the person from whom I acquired this item only told me it had originally been on a base which stated \" She reigned for over 60 years\". Item is in very good clean condition.
