We are offering for sale a modernisticsilver Candelabrum made by Aurum Ltd.

This candelabrum has 3 branches and a total of four lights. The capital of each light is removable to allow easy cleaning.

The central section of the candlestick depicts a gilt (gold-wash) lion holding a crown and shield andis presumably one of the Queen\'s Beasts as the candelabrum was made in the year of the Queen\'s Silver Jubilee. The base is fluted and similarly gilt.

This is a fine quality piece and typical of the modernistic look of the 70\'s.

MEASUREMENTS: 28.5cm (11.25\") high;18.5cm (7.25\") branches; 810 grams (26 tr.oz.)weight.

MARKS: Full set of English hallmarks (guaranteeing Sterling 925 standard silver) for London 1977, made by Aurum Ltd. It also bears the Silver Jubilee commemorative mark.Also marked as number 48 out of a limited edition of 250.
