Here\'s a sweet little Chad Valley Toffee bear, with blue printed side seam label. Based on a character from the 1950s-60s BBC radio programme \'Listen with Mother\', Toffee is all original, except for his hat & scarf which would have been red. He\'s stuffed with woodwool and measures 24 cms (9.5\") tall. Toffee has amber glass eyes and a black-stitched nose and mouth, plus rexine pads showing some surface wear. He\'s fully-jointed and, although his squeaker no longer works, he still has some of his famous, Toffee-coloured long curly mohair.
