RARE 1922 Ringling Brothers Circus Photo Album Barnum & Bailey Vintage Pictures:

This is a vintage photograph album which contains 50x 5\" x 7\" ORIGINAL photos of \"Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey Season 1922 Coast to Coast!!\" This scrap book is filled with rare and historical circus photographic images from the Ringling Brothers travels throughout 1922! I was told that this photo album was put together by a clown named Pete Mardo who sold these between 1921 and 1925. Each page contains one photo with titles in white written by hand underneath. Photo album measures 11\" x 7 1/2\" - overall condition is very good - photos are very clear images. There is one missing that is titled \"Madison Square Garden\" and another photo that was replaced. Note description in photo listing. There are some very rare photos including Cracker Jack popcorn candy stands - one photo is very clear and you can see much detail of the stacked Cracker Jack boxes. There are also photographs of Mabel Stark and her tigers. This album was from the estate sale of James F. Bray of Baraboo, Wisconsin - the headquarters of Ringling Brother Circus. 12. The Clarke Group - 5 men in costume, probably part of an equestrian group.
13. Indians - Large group of circus personnel with two indians, looks like Mabel Stark is in the photo as well.
14. Special Costumes - 9 women in elaborate costumes in front of tent.
15. Jim Spriggs - Keystone Cop Clown
16. Giraffes - Manager (?) standing in front of the giraffe enclosure.
17. Main Candy Stand - Large candy stand filled with Cracker Jack popcorn and peanuts with large number of personnel under the big top.
18. Miss Stark\'s Tigers - Mabel Stark in the tiger cage with her 5 tigers.
19. The Ring Stock - Large field of horses with their care takers, is appears like this photo was taken in Baraboo, Wisconsin
20. Front Door Candy Stand - Very clear photo of stacked boxes of Cracker Jacks. Stand is in front of the side show banners.
21. Whallen The Man Who Puts It All Up - Probably the manager of construction of the big top.
22. Side Show Ticket Stand - Shows ticket seller in front of the side show banners.
23. Interior of Big Top - Shows two men in an empty big top.
24. Front Door Staff - 11 men pictured.
25. Camel Float - 2 camels in costume carrying a float with a man inside.
26. View of Front Door - Shows ticket sellers and people. Ticket stand reads \"Ticket Office Wonderworld\".
27. Candy Stand - Very clear photograph of stacked boxes of Cracker Jacks and bags of peanuts, more of a close-up than the others. You can clearly read \"Cracker Jack\" on the boxes.

Inside back cover is just the cover for a Rand McNalley Official Railroad Map, but the map is not present.
