Up for sale is an Amazing Art Moderne double vanity case made by Djer Kiss. Comes with the original box and instructions. Rare book piece! Great lid. Sliding clasp under which it is marked Pat # 16236 (can\'t make out the last number) which dates to the late 1920\'s. Opens to hinges double mirror. Clear on both sides. There is a powder compartment withoriginal metal sifter (some verdigris - needs to be cleaned) and the other side has remnants of rouge. All the hinges and clasps are in excellent working order. (clasp a bit stiff but works well and stays securely closed). Measures approx. 1.9 inches square. Scarce Find! The silver and black box is in good condition. The hinged lid is intact.
