Shirley Temple \"look-a-like\" measures approximately26\" in height and was probably manufactured by the Ideal Toy Company circathe 1930\'s. Neither the back of her head nor her shoulder plate say \"Ideal\" though, so I cannot be totally sure. She has blue eyes thatopen and close beautifully.
Light blonde eyebrows, redish lips, and beautifulteeth. Her blond fur lashes are present. Her dirty blonde hair remains firmly fixed on herhead. Her composition head, shoulder plate, arms, and legs are attached to afirmly stuffed cloth torso. As to be expected, her composition sustains lightcrazing and more noticeable cracking, chipping, and paint loss from age andstorage on one leg and behind one ear. Pleasealso notice the brown spotting and discoloration to her cloth torso. No badodors.
Shirley is dressed in a red polka dot dress. She wears panties, a full slip and whitepatent leather shoes. Her shoes may be original, though I cannot guaranteethat. In spite of her flaws Shirley Temple remains a sturdy and most charmingexample of this early hard to find doll.
