THIS EXCEPTIONALLY BEAUTIFUL GERMAN KESTNER 171 DOLL IS 28\" TALL, VERY CREAMY PERFECT BISQUE HEAD, WORKING BROWN SLEEPY GLASS EYES WITH SHADED LIPS OPEN MOUTH WITH FOUR TEETH, VERY LONG REPLACEMENT HAIR WIG, NO BROKEN FINGERS ON EITHER HAND, AND ON COMPOSITION BALL JOINTED BODY WITH RED MARK GERMANY 5 8/4 STAMPED ON BANK SIDE.
IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH NO REPAIRS. THE DOLL WEARS A DROP WAIST VELVET DRESS, WITH WHITE COTTON PANTALOONS, LONG BLACK SOCKS AND BROWN LEATHER LACE UP SHOES WITH \" JK \" INITIALS ON UNDER SOLES.
THIS DOLL IS IN AS FOUND CONDITION FROM A LOCAL ESTATE COLLECTION.
Her head is marked: L 1/2. MADE IN GERMANY. 15 1/2 . 171.
This little girl is Sooo sweet! Her beautiful brown paperweight eyes just sparkle and she has the prettiest flawless complexion! She has finely painted feathered eyebrows, and painted lower eyelashes, with an open mouth with gorgeous four white porcelain rounded teeth. I do believe the clothing are original to the doll. Body is in really good shape with the usual chipping at the joints and edge and around neck socket as shown in photo. Head has a little glue residue from wig attachment.
