Welcome to my sale.

Description; This is an antique 19th century (possibly earlier) Chinese bronze Tibetan prayer wheel. It is in the form of a pagoda / temple. The base rims are embossed with raised reliefs of mythical figures with turquoise inset stones. The prayer wheel sits within the pagoda tample like structure, the pillars acting as a form of protection. The prayer wheel is operated / rotated via a thin spindle that is central to the top of the roof. The temple structure breaks down into three section as shown in my photographs. It is an interesting solid bronze relic. Please ask any questions in advance of offerding.

Condition;
It displays well and operates well. From man aesthetic point of view there are two finials missing tot he edge roof trims. One of the pillars is loose and will fit back in place with a little time and effort. The small edge fence to the top of the base has lost some of the top knop fittings (4 in total) and some are bent.
Measures;
It measures approx 15.5 inches high x 10 inches at its widest point. It weighs just over 5 kilos (so please be aware that shipping will be high)
