This is a very rare and exceptionally fine antique Hamburg Bremen Fire Insurance Co. sign made by Geo Rutledge Co of New York. The letters and designs are actually cut into the metal and not just painted on etc.. It has some wear from use and age. I have also not cleaned it as I did not want to do more harm than good but it should clean up quite a bit too. It is large and measures 18\" x 24\". I have searched the internet and not seen another of these. The lions and coat of arms make it looks very important. It is really an incredible piece. Thank you and have a great day.
