Stamped with the Gorham hallmark, sterling, 562 and date hallmark, last quarter of the 19th century.I have only seen 2 of these in many years of being in the antique business. The other one sold for $800.Another Gorham sterling lay down perfume bottle on recently sold for $550 on , much more common and not nearly as rare as this one.Weight: 22.6 grams.Dimensions: 3.5\" long x just under 1\" high x approximately 1.2\" deep.
