Description:
Offered is surely a rare item indeed. This Waterman\'s Ideal Fountain Pen # 0512 - 1/2, has a delightful gold filled overlay with a nice rococo design. With cover it measures 4 3/4\" long and 4 3/8\" without cap. Both top of cap and body of pen have a monogram in script reading \"N A\" with the top of the decoration on the pen reading \"Waterman\'s Ideal Fountain Pen\" and further writing on the clip reads \"Clip Cap 18 K Filled Ideal Pat. Sep. 26 05\". The nib appears in good condition with possible tarnish or ink and reads \"Waterman\'s Ideal Reg. U.S.\". The pen is in overall good condition for an antique piece with all wording fully legible and designs etc intact. A terrific and hard to find collectible. A fresh estate find!
