Lovely Edward, a very rare American BMC Antique bear. The BMC company was in business for a very short time in the early 1900\'s and made very high quality bears but sadly just couldn\'t compete with Steiff which makes a BMC bear much more rare and hard to find than Steiff. Edward is 14 inches with apricot mohair, although over the years he has lost quite a bit of coverage.He has various repairs including pawpads and stitching on leg joints.....even through all of these years he retains his sweet and smiling face, hoping to find a relaxing life in his new home!
