RARE Antique English Beech Wood FOLDING Equestrian Boot Jack c. early 1900s:

What a wonderful collectible equestrian piece this is! Antique wooden boot jack was made in England, likely in the early part of the 20th century. It is a folding design, making it highly desirable, as it can be leaned up against a mantel or even hung on a wall as decor!
This would have been used for pulling off long riding boots (or wellies!).Turned handles are beautiful, and a leather lined yoke prevented scuffing. The yoke is dry and hard now, as expected for age, but I imagine it could be restored if desired. Stamped ‘Made inEngland’. Very nice condition - wood has a lovely warm patina. The whole piece has terrific character!
