I have always loved the thrill of the hunt--the accidental discovery. This is genuine SERENDIPITY. That’s why I chose this as my seller\'s ID. The books I am selling are from my personal collection that I have collected over the years. Finding great books from different eras is a passion of mine and selling them to others who will enjoy them as much as I do is my goal. ~ Fred

This is a SALESMAN COPY Book that was to be shown to prospective buyers, with various options of COVERS and BINDINGS. Four (4) different samples of bindings are inside the front & back covers. There are a few blank pages in back to take subscriptions.

Because this is a Salesman\'s SAMPLE book, it was used to show SAMPLES of what the buyer would receive. There are gaps in the page numbers, it was BOUND to be only a partial or SAMPLE book.

Measures 11 x 8 inches. Pages are not numbered. Guessing about 150 Pages. Again, this is a SAMPLE Book, so is not the complete book. Salesman Samples/Specimen books contain a portion of the printed pages and illustrations. These specimen books were used by the itinerant agents of subscription publishers to entice customers to agree to purchase a copy of a work in advance of delivery and in some cases before publication.

I am often disappointed at a listing that only has a few pictures so I took loads of pictures for you to study and explore.
