Charming antique French origin character teddy bear, dating from 1920s-1930s,
originally made of cinnamon colour mohair,
hard stuffed with wood-wool throughout the body and head,
fully jointed,
original clear and black glass eyes with brown backs and white glass around,
original remains of black felt nose are recovered with matching black felt,
inverted Y shape mouth stitching,
original left paw pad made of felt, rest of pads - replacements,
very little remains of original claws stitching to the left paw.
Has got rounded hump.
Approx. 23\" tall.
Condition - well loved vintage condition with general wear and balding, rather threadbare.Wears antique embroidered cotton dress.
