CONDITION: In overall good condition. Creasing and wear on top edge including top right corner; otherwise minimal wear to covers - minor wear near spine; cover is well attached to clean staples. Inside pages appear clean and complete. I\'m usually very picky with this type of material and I tend to be harsh with condition. Feel free to inquire about any issues you might have.
