She is wearing a blue and white dress and is carrying a book under her left arm. The pin measures 5/8\" (17 mm) wide by 1 1/2\" (39 mm) tall. The backstamp is, \"© DISNEY, CHINA.\" Also available in Tokyo Disneyland with that backstamp.
