Stamped D.M.D Scotland on the chrome band, with Scotland stamped into the clay on the other side of the bowl.

Measures 120mm long.

Bowl internally measures 40mm deep and 20mm wide.

Weighs 49g.

This will be the pinnacle of any pipe collection, normally nowadays these pipes are only found in museums.Made in the 1950\'s in the D. McDougall clay pipe factory, Glasgow. They were regarded at the time as the best clay pipe makers in the world.The mouthpiece could be Bakelite and made to look like Horn.

There are a couple of small marks on the bowl, but this is exactly how clay pipes are, they are never perfectly smooth.
