has the metal top, glass insert and a decorative \"glass stone\" on the top
it is missing the atomizer ball

i believe that its from the 1920-1930 era
art deco style
bottle itself to the top of the metal band is approx 8-1/2\" tall and to the tip of the stone is approx 10-1/14\" - it has a base diameter of approx 3-1/4\"
