VERY COOL AND VINTAGE COLLECTIBLE DISNEYANA TOY as recovered from estate collection. I found this piece among a large buyout lot several years ago... I\'ve NEVER been able to find another example, and I know there are a lot of Ludwig Von Drake fans and Disneyana collectors out there, so first one to speak up gets it!

The game is sort of a pachinko or vertical bagatelle type game, with the object being to drop the ball in the top bar, and turn the round knob at bottom back and forth to guide the marble down the board to the finish without plopping out. Along the way, the backboard (which is fairly sturdy masonite or similar material) features Ludwig Von Drake, Donald Duck, Pluto, Goofy and Mickey Mouse encouraging the player along. Most of the bars have popped out of the back guide mechanism, but are still firmly attached to the board by the static mount pegs. This means if you wanted to actually play the game, you\'d need to make some smart little fixes to reattach the guide pegs, but for my money, the value in this piece is the display factor! Great period graphics on a 53-year-old game board, so you can\'t really go wrong for an attractive collection-room addition. There are two slots in the bottom of the backboard which I assume were originally for leg stands, but obviously you can lean it up against your display cabinet or hang it on the wall. Some minimal faint pen marks here and there, and some age wear to color, but I like my stuff with the age sauce on top, so I think it\'s a really smart look for a toy of this age and rarity.

Board stands almost 18 inches tall, and just under a foot wide at the base, so it\'s big enough to create some visual impact. This is going to look FANTASTIC on the wall of some lucky vintage Disney collector out there! I\'ve honestly never been able to locate another example of this game, so this may be the only change you get at one. Won\'t last long at this price, so get it before it\'s gone!
