Here we have a stunning small mug dating to the early 1800s. The mug is decorated with three mochatrees on an attractive dark coffee color band.The mug has an attractive applied handle with finely formed foliateterminals. There is also a finely formedrecessed foot rim. The mug measures 2 ½”in height and is in nearly mint condition with only a small chip onthe outside of the rim. This is one ofmany wonderful pieces of mochaware I am offering that would enhance and behighly prized in any collection.
