Wonderful Elgin Watch Display in excellent condition. The model turns with arm extended towards the Elgin watch that is on display. She moves back and forth presenting the watch to eager onlookers. This display most likely sat in a store window. From the 40s or 50s. Plugs in a standard electrical outlet. Approximately 17 1/2 inches inches tall and 15 inches wide. The base of the display has a built in swivel. The color of the display is predominately Tiffany Blue. No scratches and no missing paint. Works Great. Wonderful. Very Rare.
