A guess on my part is this was probably a attachment that was fitted on a Jacquard loom when labels were needed to be made and if it hadn\'t have been for the old paper tag on the back I would have never figured out what this was. In excellent condition it is 5\" wide and about 3 1/2\" tall and probably belongs in a museum that has a early weaving display area.Buyer pays actual shipping and 100 % price return if not satisfied with your purchase……..
