Enseco \"I Love Paris\" animated piece with lights and sound, unfortunately it\'s seen better days and I consider it a parts or repair item only. The music and lights seem to be working fine but there is no motion/animation, you can hear the motor running but nothing moves. Missing quite a few parts such as the hot air balloon, the top of the tower, a tabletop, one of the figures next to the mouse with the blue top hat and probably more, please see/zoom in on pictures. A few of the fence panels and a few of the buntings are also loose and/or broken and will need repair. Could use some cleaning. No A/C adapter is included, this cannot run on batteries. No box, paperwork, etc. is included, only what\'s pictured. Approx. 16\" tall x 8 1/2\" in diameter at the base.
