Solid Chestnut or Walnut Ballot Box -Late 18th Century Pennsylvania DutchRarely encountered form!
Classic robust German construction with oversize dovetail joinery and scribe marks present. Molded top with sliding panel having gently chamfered edges.
Remarkably well maintained original condition with rich color, patina and polish. Lock intact, but lacking key.
Measurements: approx. 2 3/4\" high x 6 1/8\" deep x 4 1/2\" wide
