On offer isarare / highly desirable George III / Dutch sterling /solid silver jewellery / trinket box (or perhaps a converted Tobacco box?). Hallmarked to body and lidwith Dutch Minerva, date latter 1830 (V) and maker *VM. Inside with original velvet lining.
Length12.5 cms (large). Weight175 grams. Condition excellent. Full working orderwith nomonograms or inscriptions. Just wear to velvet lining commensurate with age and what appears to be a small solder repair to one of the ball feet (fully secure).
