A rare and exquisite twin handled shallow bowl.
c.1950s - 1960s.
Beautifully thrown from richly coloured earthenware and very well potted, this piece is extraordinarily light in the hand.
The side features a pair of delicate loop handles whilst the underside is decorated with incised lines which radiating from the foot with a white glaze confined to the recesses.
The interior with a delicious blue-grey-green ash-based glaze.
Fully Signed \'Gutte Denmark\' to the base, as shown.
Measures 11.5cms wide (excluding the handles).
A superb example by this highly acclaimed Scandinavian-Modern potter.
