RARE HUGE Vtg Andrea JAPAN Bisque Figural Lamp/NightlightNo\'d. 23/319Height 16 1/2\"
This is an incredible and very rare bisque very large figurative night light by Andrea by Sadek in Japan. I\'m estimating this piece to be from the late 1940\'s to 1950\'s. There is a classic ancient Roman theme with a man and woman playing Lyre\'s. The figures are done in muted color tones giving this piece a monochromatic look. There\'s a light pink hue. The base is a reticulated metal in 3 tiers in white and gold. It is a large 16 1/2\" high night light.
This piece was done in a limited quantity and is numbered 23 out of 319. The original paper label by Andrea by Sadek is still affixed to the bottom of the bisque.
The night light bulb is in the bottom of the base and is removed and changed easily. There is a back turn switch in great working condition. This piece is just breathtaking when lit!
