Up for sale is a Vintage Heddon Blue Gill Lure with box This almost Mint condition lure is one of the original 1940 versions of the Pumpkin Seed Lures in Blue Gill coloring, with the line tie located under the mouth! (Model 740, wooden floater) Later versions had the line tie in the mouth. It also has the rare two-piece flap rig on the front hook mount.It has no signs of use; rust; points or drags. Nice bright paint. It measures 2 ½ inches long. The box has mildew as can be seen in photos.
