RARE Howard miller George nelson Criss cross Bubble Ball Lamp LARGE 26” Diameter:

This is an extremely rare, original Howard Miller LARGE criss cross bubble pendant ball lamp designed by George Nelson. And for its age, It’s in excellent condition! After much research, I found that only Howard Miller ever produced the largest criss cross bubble ball lamp.

The diameter is approx 26.5” across. Could be more or less half an inch, it is not easy to Get a perfect diameter measurement.

I couldn’t say what year, but sometime between 1952 and 1979.

Also, looks like some of the hardware has been replaced along the way... the lamp fixture itself looks new, as does the metal ring that caps the top and bottom opening. However, the criss cross wire frame, and the bubble shade itself are original.

This has been part of my own personal collection for a couple years now, but it’s time to let someone else enjoy it.

After much consideration, I’ve chosen to not ship this piece. You are welcome to hire a freight company on your own, I’ll be happy to work with whatever freight service you would choose, but it would need to be white glove service because I’m not able to safely package this item. Can’t even throw it in a box.
