Description: A rare Judaica set of eighteen Tenach Biblical figures in brass. Beautifully crafted and hand etched. Set weighs over 500 grams. Most have labels on the bottom of the people they depict. These include Moses, Mordeci, Miriam, Solomon, Deborah, Josheph (two different), Josua, Sheba, Tamar and Semadar. The arms can move up and down on most of the figures. Arms on the others are fixed in place.
Maker: Hans Teppich, Jerusalem, Israel.
Marks: MADE IN ISRAEL, TEPPICH, JERUSALEM. The word JERUSALEM is in Hebrew lettering. One is marked COPYRIGHT RESERVED, TEPPICH, MADE IN PALESTINE.
Date: Circa 1950.
Approximate weight: 550 grams total.
Approximate measurements: They measure from around 4.1 cm to 6.3 cm in Height.
Condition: As per description some have missing labels on bases. Has some fine and small scratches.
