This is a gorgeous and rareantique religious pendant / medallion from Central Europe.
It is also unusual for its size: ca. 4 x2 cm (approx. 1.57 x 0.78 inches), including loop & bale.
This large pendant is made oftombac (a brass alloy with copper and zinc content) and has a central enamelporcelain panel with the image of the Virgin Lady praying depicted in vividcolors.
This item is in overall goodvintage condition but shows signs of wear and use, including superficialscratches and chips.
We have not cleaned this item– it is sold as is.
