This is an rare clock that once hung outside W.C. Ball Jewelers in downtown Cleveland. It has a spun aluminum body, is primarily black with gold lettering. It measures 31″ in diameter (21″ face only) x 48″H. The face was replaced at some point with plexiglass. And it works!
