Legendary Hazet 300 Circa 1933I am very much doubt the new owner of this wrench will be the owner of the car that this is supposed to belong to but here it goes:This was given to me by a gentleman who is a classic car enthusiast who owned a repair garage in the late 30\'s and through the 40\'sHe told me that he had a client who owned the Mercedes 380 and later the 500K and that he believed this wrench came from a toolkit in one of the two carsI have a few Hazet 450 wrenches but this 300 held a special place among all of my Hazet
I am sure this wrench was used a few times but I cannot see any evidence of this and it still even retains its original Decal albiet not in flawless condition but I still think this is amazingconsidering this wrench dates to the Mid 1930\'sConsidering the anti German Sentiment during the 40\'s and the Scrap metal drives not to mention the overall rarity of German cars in america before the 1960\'s this is somthing thatI don\'t think you will find unless you go traveling the old world and even then I am sure it is rare because I have looked for others over the years to maybe create a set and have never been able to find anothereven in very poor condition
