Once an item is sold, the payment goes to the consignor. Thus, all our items are sold AS-IS and in good faith.Before purchase please check our listing descriptions, photos and measurements carefully and ask all the questions to make sure items\' colour / condition / fitting / personal preferences. Weaccept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or mis-described items for full refund or exchange (if possible)due to genuine mistakes made by us ONLY, providing

1)The buyermustinform us within 2 days of receipt based on the timeof delivery. Once we transferred the fund to the consignor, the refund would be more complicated;2)All items are sent with Times of Glory garment tags and these tags must still be attached to the item for us to processanyreturns; and3)If, ina very unlikely case,an item has been mis-described (such as the wrong size or the item is damaged), please accept our sincere apologies. We always try to be extremely careful, however we are human and may make occasional errors. In such cases, we will happily refund the return postage. Otherwise wecannot refund the return postage.

We encourage return items to be sent using a traceable and insured service. Forinternational returns, please mark/select “return for a refund” on postal packages. Once we have safely received and checked your item, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
