Rare and very fine old Russian 88 Silver, guilloche enamel, natural diamond and gemstone cabochon large fob pendant / pillbox in the form of a bull dog head, cabochon gemstone eyes, clasp, and central door decoration, set with brilliant round diamonds and mounted in solid gold. It has hallmark on inner rim of 88 with a face and other symbol (see photo #3 above). Incredible detail. The bright chartreuse yellow enamel door opens to reveal a hollowed interior. Solid gold ringlet for pendant use.
