This sale is for a Rare Pennsylvania Railroad Solid Brass Bridge Sign/Plaque, these would have been placed on certain bridges most likely highway overpasses etc. These are quite scarce in the collecting hobby today. The logo is made of solid brass and measures approx. 19.25\" wide at the widest point by 23.5\" long going down the length of the letter \"P\" the logo is .50\" thick and is very heavy, the logo weighs close to 40 pounds I would guess, the logo was attached by 3 large holes and these are raised on the back as shown in the photos.
