Up for sale with is a Rare 19th Century Chinese Sterling Silver Reticulated Tea Leaf Strainer Spoon. The Strainer is one of the finest examples I have personally seen and the only Chinese Signed example I have ever sold. The Strainer shows incredible details, much nicer than my photos show. The Strainer is unmarked but tests and is guaranteed to be Sterling Silver and judging by the fine quality it is certainly 19th Century in age. The Strainer is a great size for display or modern use measuring 5-1/4" long by 3-1/4" wide and is in fine condition with a small area of border come separated, but this is very minor and a very easy solder repair, if you so chose. The Strainer has a quality weight of 32 grams and just feels nice in your hands.
