RARE SUB-MARINER PEWTER CHARACTER COIN MEDAL MARVEL COMICS JACK KIRBY NEW OLD STOCK for your consideration is this: Super rare limited edition Marvel Comics commemorative solid pewter medallion/coin of Sub-Mariner. I was told these coins (and other assorted collectibles) were part of a promotional package from the late 90\'s The tiny \"HM\" to the right of the serial number stands for Highland Mint, (the actual maker of the coin) The serial number stamped into the back of this particular coin is \"2987\".

IT FEATURES: Sub-Mariner on the front along with Jack Kirby (the artist) signature on the left - above Sub-Mariners shoulder. On the back it has a short bio on S.M. and at the bottom a serial number, and to the right of that there is a \"HM\".

HISTORY: This was one of a small group - purchased at an estate sale.

BRAND: Marvel Comic, Highland Mint

PRODUCED; Ultra rare produced in a limited quantity and individually numbered, and highly collectible.

ON THE BACK: It has a Marvel comics logo and says \"PRINCE NAMOR THE SUB-MARINER\" He can live under water... He\'s as strong as strong as 10 men! Who is the amphibious avenger who dwells beneath the briny deep?He\'s none other than Namor, the prince of Atlantis, The sea-borne Sub-Mariner. Below that there\'s a rectangle spot where an individual serial number is stamped, to the right of that is a tiny \"HM\", and below that a copyright symbol and the year \"1999\" and \"MARVEL\". NOTE; This listing is for the serial number \"2987\". I have more than one but will be listing them individually.

SIZE: It measures about an 1/8\" thick x about 1-1/2\" in diameter.The outer edge is striated.
