sale is for a RARE Large Hand built ( ONE OF A KIND )3 cylinder model airplane engine. The older lady I got this from said her husband built this engine from scratch in the early 1940\'s. It turns over and has compression,but I have never tried to start it. It is really neat the way it fires and the carb is in the large bell in the back. I assume the carb is in the back round bell but I can not get it to spin off,I dont want to mess up the aluminum. The tank is not mounted to the board or the engine. Total length of engine is 14\" counting the fuel bowl,and is 4\" at the widest. The prop is 16\"3/4. Would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
