RARE, VINTAGE ANTIQUE 1920’S WYETH LITHIA TABLET BOTTLE FROM PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

This rare offering is one 1920’s antique, vintage medical pharmacy bottle from John Wyeth & Brother located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The bottle is approximately 3 1/4 inches high (without cork) and 1 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches deep. The bottle has no defects, chips, cracks, scratches or repairs and is in excellent condition for its age. The bottle cork is fully intact and the bottle has the original paper front label with text as follows:

· Wyeth’s Compressed Effervescing Lithia Tablets

· Each tablet contains five grains Lithium Citrate

· Directions on how to take the tablet

· John Wyeth & Bro. Philadelphia

The front and side labels have minor wear and soiling and a small corner tear on the side label; however, the labels are readable (see photos).
