The figure stands 10\" tall and 12 3/4\" to top of socket not counting bulb not included.

@1961 R. BACON .The image is the exact pose of him standing on the hill in a giant size in a park in Oregon IL that I have visited my whole childhood. Appears to be made of chalk or plaster and painted a bright copper color. With a heavy shinny glaze overall.
