Hi There! Welcome to Brewhogger\'s sale!
Today I\'m offering a beautiful antique wicker handbag. This duck shaped bag has two handles, rests on a round wicker base, and it is 12½\" tall from the top of the head to the base, the handles are 6½\" high, and the basket is 6½\" deep. The detail of this basket is just awesome - the top back of the duck flips up as the opening of the bag, it has a fancy tufted tail, wicker eyes, and the beak is two separate weavings. It is in excellent, excellent, vintage condition - I see no issues at all, I don\'t think it was ever used. A friend of mine gave this to me to sell for him, he purchased it in Atlantic City between 1956 and 1960. I have three other handbags available from this same collection - a pig, a frog, and a dog.
