Stunning Bradford Exchange registered and Limited edition D\'Arceau Limoges ceramic plate by artist Jean Dutheil. The plate has a BradEx number. The certificate of authenticity and back of the plate both have the limited edition number. John Duke of Berry otherwise know as John the Magnificent was the third son of the King John II of France. Jean Duc de Berry was the collector of Les Tres Riches Heures, which was a collection of prayers. This painting was a page from the calendar of Tres Riches Heures, where Jon Duke of Berry is dressed in blue and seated at the right as they are exchanging gifts at New Years (Janvier meaning January in French). Note: Certificate of Authenticity and back of the plate written in French. Plate is approximately 9 1/2\" in diameter.
