Dated: Yes... 1985? Not sure that this is the actual date it was made...appears to me to be an earlier piece

Measurements: image area only is 9 1/4\" x 9 1/4\"... overall with frame 11 1/2\" x 11 1/2\"

Weight: 5 pounds before packaging
