RARE Vtg Pair Antique ELEGANT Ruby RED Glass BOBECHES Candle Wax Drip catchers :

This is a lovely pair of vintage elegant glass bobeches in a ruby red color.

They measure about 3 1/4\" in diameter with an opening of 7/8\".

They are ground on the center underside (second Pic)

which was done by the better glass companies.

Very nice scalloped design.

One isslightly darker than the other and thelighter one has some straw marks from manufacturing.

Just means they were made from different batches of glass,

not at the same time, or maybe more gold in the lighter one.

They did use actual gold in the glass to make the beautiful red color.

No noticeable difference when in use on candlesticks.

Remember that these are very rare and hard to find when considering.
