*Note: This Creative Craft California Creations is from my personal collection that I did not finish painting. It has been stored in a padded protected box. You can completely paint it to your specifications, style, colors, etc. with no problem. I gave you the 2 main colors I used in case you want to continue with them, but your creativity is better than mine is! Still needs to be finished and obviously all the touch-up details are not done.Still in excellent, like new condition! In listing this, it was bumped and I glued the small window roof back on, otherwise no dings, chips, chunks missing, etc.

This is the last of these vintage pieces to be listed. My husband wants me to finish the other 2 and that makes a huge Christmas Village of 29 buildings + people, trees, etc. etc.
