It\'s Whiskey the Corgi dog fromthe Wade Whimsies TV Pets, \"Bengo and His Puppy Friends\".

This Whiskey is wonderful - shiny, no chips, good label. 2-1/8\" high x 2-1/2\" long. The spot on the back foot underside that looks like a chip is glazed, so it was there from manufacturing.
